3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.plusock.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

6. Order Confirmation

Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.

7. Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items marked with "Ships in 24 hours" are in stock items that will be shipped on the next business day. Other items may take 2-5 business days for processing. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

9. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email.

To track your package, simply click the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 1-2 business days to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment. 

10. Day of Delivery

On the day your package will be delivered, an SMS notification will be sent to you to let you know your delivery is on its way to you.

11. Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

  • United States Shipments:
    1、A fixed 12% tariff will apply to all orders destined for the U.S. This will be added as a separate line item on the invoice.

Compression Socks

How to measure your size?

By accurately measuring your ankle circumference, calf circumference, and leg length, you can choose compression socks that fit comfortably.

Measuring the circumference of the ankle

Begin by measuring the circumference of the smallest part of the ankle, usually above the ankle bone. Use a soft tape measure and wrap it tightly around your ankle, but not too tightly. Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the ground for accurate measurements.

Measuring calf circumference

Measure the widest part of the calf. Place the tape measure around the calf muscle, making sure that the tape measure fits snugly around the calf muscle but doesn't feel constricting. Keep your leg relaxed while measuring and make sure the tape measure is level.

Length Measurement

Measure the length from the heel to the bottom of the knee. The right size ensures that the compression stocking provides proper coverage and support over the length of the leg.

Use a size chart to determine the right size

When purchasing compression socks, choose the right size based on your leg circumference and compare it to the size chart. Ensure that the compression stockings are as effective as they can be. This is because they determine the size that provides optimal compression without being too tight or too loose.

How to measure your size?

A great-fitting bra is essential to ensure your clothes fit properly, are comfortable and look their best. Here's how to measure for your bra size:

  1. Wrap the tape measure around your chest, just beneath the breasts. This is your BAND SIZE. Example: 38"
  2. Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your breasts. This is your BUST SIZE. Example: 41"

How to Verify Your Bra Size?

  1. Subtract the band size from the bust size. Example: 41"-38"=3"
  2. Find the final number below to get your CUP SIZE. Example: 3" = C cup

  1. Your BRA SIZE is your band size plus your cup size. Example: 38C

Return & Refund Policy

 (a) Return

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, missing or not as described, you can return them for a refund. Please attach the photos of the item you received to the email which you contact our service team in order to make a return. In this way, we can improve our service quality and fulfill your return request as soon as possible.

Please note that, in the case of the size issue, you may attach a photo of the label with the SKU on the transparent package bag to your email, so that our customer service can process your request more quickly. Usually our processing time is 1-2 working days.

Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving to change your mind and return the items without explaining the reason and plusock.com has to issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at contact@mail.plusock.com. After receiving the returned item, plusock.com has to issue a refund back to customers' account. 

Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return or exchange shipping costs.

Goods that cannot be returned for exchange.
1. Clearance sale goods.
2. Lingerie, underwear, and panties.
3. Post-surgery products and Personalized socks

Requirements for returned goods: 
1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
2. The return address is the address given in the customer service email: contact@mail.plusock.com.
3. Please include your name, telephone number, address, and a copy of the invoice/receipt.

(b) Damaged Products

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to plusock.com for a full refund. Please note that if damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.

We will do refund once we've received the item you've returned.

The refund will be returned in 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.

There might be a little bit of delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it in twice a week. Any question please contact us at contact@mail.plusock.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.

Refund form: 
1. original shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
2. Returned by the original route. The time taken to receive a refund depends on your payment method. Usually, it takes 7-15 working days for the credit card and Paypal.

(e) Cancellation

You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:

(1) Your order could be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if it is has not been shipped.

(2) Your order could only be partial refunded more than 24 hours after purchasing.
