3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.plusock.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
6. Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
7. Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items marked with "Ships in 24 hours" are in stock items that will be shipped on the next business day. Other items may take 2-5 business days for processing. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

9. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email.
To track your package, simply click the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 1-2 business days to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.
10. Day of Delivery
On the day your package will be delivered, an SMS notification will be sent to you to let you know your delivery is on its way to you.
11. Will I have to pay taxes?

Compression Socks
How to measure your size?
By accurately measuring your ankle circumference, calf circumference, and leg length, you can choose compression socks that fit comfortably.
Measuring the circumference of the ankle
Begin by measuring the circumference of the smallest part of the ankle, usually above the ankle bone. Use a soft tape measure and wrap it tightly around your ankle, but not too tightly. Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the ground for accurate measurements.
Measuring calf circumference
Measure the widest part of the calf. Place the tape measure around the calf muscle, making sure that the tape measure fits snugly around the calf muscle but doesn't feel constricting. Keep your leg relaxed while measuring and make sure the tape measure is level.
Length Measurement
Measure the length from the heel to the bottom of the knee. The right size ensures that the compression stocking provides proper coverage and support over the length of the leg.
Use a size chart to determine the right size
When purchasing compression socks, choose the right size based on your leg circumference and compare it to the size chart. Ensure that the compression stockings are as effective as they can be. This is because they determine the size that provides optimal compression without being too tight or too loose.

A great-fitting bra is essential to ensure your clothes fit properly, are comfortable and look their best. Here's how to measure for your bra size:
- Wrap the tape measure around your chest, just beneath the breasts. This is your BAND SIZE. Example: 38"
- Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your breasts. This is your BUST SIZE. Example: 41"

How to Verify Your Bra Size?
- Subtract the band size from the bust size. Example: 41"-38"=3"
- Find the final number below to get your CUP SIZE. Example: 3" = C cup

- Your BRA SIZE is your band size plus your cup size. Example: 38C

Returns

Return Shipping Costs

However, if the return is caused by our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item, we will provide a solution after verification. Return labels may only be provided for defective or incorrect items within the policy period.
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the product weight, your location, and the shipping method you choose. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number for your records. Plusock is not responsible for packages lost in transit if they are returned without tracking.
Original shipping fees, insurance charges, and other additional service fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product condition reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

- A brief description of the issue
Please note that if only the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself remains intact, the item may not be considered damaged.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible items within the return policy period.

Please note that after an exchange has been completed, the exchanged item may not qualify for an additional refund unless it arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days after we receive and verify your returned item.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Credit card and PayPal refunds usually take 7–15 business days to be posted.
